Today, I will talk about my home stay in Britain!!
I went to Britain on a short exchange program when I was a freshman of high school.
I stayed Chelmsford just 2 weeks. It's toooo short...
We commuted to King Edward Ⅵ Grammar School, it's boy's school, so I missed girls!!
We usually had classes in the morning, but class member is all Japanese, so I didn't speak English in the class.
and we had many kinds of activities in the afternoon. As an activity, we went to some museums many times. I also went to the British museum which is the very famous museum.
I visited London with my host family on the weekend. I went to Harrods and the dinosaur museum. Harrods is an exclusive department store, so I couldn't buy anything except a Teddy bear.
I spent a time with my host family every weekend and at night. I couldn't make them understand what I wanted to say, because my English was poor.
I had a good time during this trip, for example we had a tea time everyday, there is no time like this in Japan, so I spent a relaxing time in Britain, contrary to it, I felt frustrated about my poor English, and noticed that I had to study English more. This trip was a good experience for me to improve my English, and notice my English skill!!

Always happy to hear someone had a good experience in England!! Anyway, I've never been to Harrods, even though it's maybe the most famous store in Britain!
