Sam is a Lucy's dad. Her mother was gone when Lucy was born.

so, he has to bring up his daughter by himself, but he has handicap.

That mean his mind is like child mind, and his mental age is 7 years old.

But he has a lot of love to Lucy. No one who have a lot of love like him.

As Lucy grew up, she had more intelligence than her dad.
